Progressive Strength

Training Workouts

Every program inside BFF Strong includes 3-4 follow-along strength training workouts each week. 

The workouts are designed to save you time (done in just 30 minutes a day) and create progressive overload (a progressive challenge) over the course of the program so that you get noticeably stronger, leaner, and fitter!

Each video has a sound prompt and a quick break for easy transition between exercises. You also have the option to watch the video with music or without music.

Structured Workout Plan

The workouts are laid out in a calendar so you know exactly which workouts to do on which day. No more guessing or spending hours scrolling through YouTube or Reels trying to find your next workout (and hoping it will even be what you need to get results!).

Most programs include 3 or 4 strength sessions per week. It’s important you are able to commit to at least 3 days per week to see results from this program.

Additionally, you’ll receive a printable workout handout so you can take notes and track your weights to see your progress over time!

Form Videos With Modifications

Each workout comes with a walk-through demonstration that breaks down each movement with form tips and modifications. So even if you’re new to exercise or need to modify due to achy joints, you’ll feel confident doing the exercises and have options that work for your unique fitness level and body.

These are short 3-5 minute videos, that are quick to watch and that allow you to get the most out of the workouts. Additionally, if you prefer you can use the demo and the handout to do the workouts on your own if you prefer instead of the follow-along video.

Warm-Up & Stretch Routines

The workouts are spaced out to allow time for recovery in between workouts, because as I mentioned before, it’s not about pushing more & harder. Our bodies strengthen and sculpt in between the workouts and so allowing time for recovery is just as important as the workouts themselves.

And since flexibility is an important part of preventing injury and recovering from your workouts, every program includes follow-along warm-ups you can complete before your workouts to fire up those muscles and we also have a bonus stretch library with stretches ranging from 5 minutes to 20 minutes for post-workout cool-down or your active recovery days.

Is it going to be a hassle to cancel my program in the future?

I hear you. You've probably signed up for programs in the past where canceling felt like a HUGE hassle and it makes you leery of signing up for another one. But not here!

I have no interest in holding you hostage and only want ladies in my program who want to be there.

So canceling your BFF Strong is easy peasy! All you have to do is send an email to [email protected] with in 3 business days of your next billing and we'll get you all set no questions asked.

We check emails daily Mon-Fri during business hours and so you'll hear back from us typically within 24-48 hours! It's seriously hassle free.

Will I have access to the workouts after the challenge is over?

As long as you remain an active member inside BFF Strong you will have access to all programs, challenges, and content as well as any past and future programs!

However, should you decide to cancel you will lose access to all the workouts, resources, support, and community at the end of your current subscription period.

Will I be able to do the workout videos on my schedule or is it on a specific day/time?

The workouts are pre-recorded so you’ll be able to do the workouts at any time or day that works in your schedule! We’ll have a suggested schedule, but also know that what works for everyone is different so if you need to shift a Monday workout to Tuesday, then no problem! The goal is consistency so by working out when it’s best for you, we know you’ll show up and get it done.

What equipment will I need?

We like to keep it simple! Our workouts use simple equipment like dumbbells, bands, and a step box. It’s best if you have a lighter set of dumbbells (5-10 lbs for most women) and a heavier set (12-20 lbs for most women) so you can use the best weight for each exercise.

When will I have access to the workouts?

After joining, you’ll be directed to make a login inside the portal where there will be a welcome video and info to access the Facebook Group.

You don’t have to do the accountability part if you don’t want to, and can complete the workouts on your own, but the support piece is super inspiring!

How long will the workouts take?

Plan to block off 30 minutes, 3-4 times per week for your workouts for best results! However, even if you can only show up 1 or 2 times a week it's better than nothing! Consistency isn't about being perfect, but about doing more than you've done before!

What if I have a vacation coming up?

That’s a-ok. Having an upcoming vacation is not a reason to put off your goals and get even more behind. If anything, you can get started and make progress before and after your vacation, while dialling things down while you’re gone.

This isn’t about being perfect or doing these workouts perfectly every day, rather it’s about building consistency and getting started!

Something will ALWAYS come up on your journey whether it’s travel, vacations or just the busyness of life. Learning how to make the most of these situations is an important skill that creates lasting consistency, and something we can help you to adjust for.

What if I’m a beginner?

That’s great! Kudos to you for being here and wanting to get started on your journey. Our workouts are great for beginners as we’ll have exercise breakdowns and modifications for each exercise and it's TRULY for beginners!!

Plus, getting started is often the hardest part so having support and accountability on your journey is often one of the missing pieces that allows women to stay consistent!

Can I modify these workouts for injuries and limitations?

While we’ll be showing some basic modifications and alternatives for the exercises and offering guidance in the group, this isn’t a customized workout program. If you have severe limitations that keep you from being able to do a variety of movements please email us to make sure this will be a good fit first.

Additionally, we always encourage you to listen to your body and avoid painful movements while exercising.

What format do the workouts come in?

The workouts will be delivered online in the members portal. There will be a full-length follow along video with music or without, to choose based on preference, as well as a separate demo video explaining each exercise in detail with beginner and intermediate modifications.

Additionally, we’ll have a PDF handout should you want to do the workout on your own or take it to the gym.
